Clouds will start to lessen by mid-morning and turn into sunny skies by the afternoon. High temperatures will be near 69° for the Twin Cities area. A noticeable Southeast breeze will be present at 10-15 MPH. Clouds will start to increase towards late evening on Thursday.
STATEWIDE FORECAST:
Thursday will bring much warmer temperatures compared to the last few days, with portions of Minnesota expected to reach the low 70s. Mid to upper 60s will be in store for most of the state, with cooler temperatures expected towards the north shore.
