November 2021 – What to Expect in Minnesota

Areas off towards northwestern Wisconsin and Michigan have a better chance of seeing above-average precipitation for November.

Our average high for the month of November is 42° with an average low of 35°. We have beat those records by massive levels in the past. In 1999, we had a record high of a pleasant 77°. We have also been extremely cold, with a record low of -17° set back in 1964.
